This role involves leading the technical implementation of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The ERP Implementation Lead will work with various stakeholders to understand and translate business processes into technical solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.

* Provide expertise in SAP modules, including FI, MM, SD, and BW.

* Design and develop SAP solutions that meet business needs.
">
* Define ERP roadmaps, rollout plans, and system strategies.

* Set technical governance and best practices.
">
* Configure systems, troubleshoot, and tune performance.
">
* Standardize and optimize business processes.
">
* Manage and mentor SAP consultants, developers, and specialists.
">
* Evaluate project goals against business objectives and ensure successful implementation.
">
* Oversee key ERP workstreams like data migration, security, and infrastructure.
">
* Develop change management plans.
">
* Align with the Business Transformation Lead for strategic direction.
">
* Review RFP proposals and provide recommendations.
">

Requirements:
">
">
* At least 10 years' experience in leading large-scale ERP migration projects.
">
* Proficiency in ERP architecture, implementation, integration, and migration strategies.
">
* Strong SAP module expertise and understanding of integration processes.
">
* Experience in processes such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, treasury, and financial reporting, along with data management and digital transformation.
">
* Effective leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
">
* Fluency in English.
">
* Travel required: up to 5%.
