Substitute for Nutrition Services
Job Description:
Hours vary per kitchen, ranging from 7:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.
Responsibilities:
* Wear proper uniform, apron, wash hands, and be ready to work.
* Check the daily to-do list and complete the first task, then check it off.
* Work in the kitchen following the daily to-do list, completing tasks as assigned.
* Sign into the register for lunch service, ensure your station is set up with lights, coolers, and warmers on.
* Run the register during each lunch period (1st, 2nd, and 3rd), then return to the kitchen to assist with food prep if needed.
* If time permits, complete additional tasks from the daily to-do list.
* Clean up your work line, sanitize, and return to the kitchen.
* Assist with dishwashing, cleaning and sanitizing prep tables, sinks, and sweeping/mopping floors.
* Consult your supervisor for any additional tasks before leaving for the day.
