About the role
We are looking for an Agile Business Analyst to join an Agile Release Train (ART) and support Agile teams in translating business needs into clear, structured and implementable requirements.
The role will work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Development Teams to ensure that delivered features are aligned with business objectives and properly defined within the backlog.
The role requires an on-site presence at the Client’s premises for 4 days per week, with 1 day per week available in smart working mode.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements and user stories.
* Support the Product Owner in managing and refining the team backlog.
* Define acceptance criteria and clarify requirements with development teams.
* Participate in ART events (PI Planning, backlog refinement, system demos, etc.).
* Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.
* Support the functional validation of delivered solutions.
* Strong functional analysis and business process analysis capabilities.
* Produce clear specifications, diagrams and documentation.
* Data interpretation and understanding of relational data structures.
* Requirements analysis and process understanding.
* Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Experience with Jira and Confluence.
* Communicate effectively between business and IT stakeholders.
* Familiarity with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
* Agile or Business Analysis certifications (Scrum, IIBA, BABOK or similar) are considered a plus.
