Your Tasks
* Plan, manage, execute and coordinate the introduction of executive seats for the Business Aviation Aircraft
* Define, manage and control project plans, schedules and project program progress
* Identification and mitigation of project risks and monitoring of project cost analysis and continued cost improvements
* Monthly program reporting in Steering Committee meetings
* Manage project teams with a matrix setup within Product Management, Engineering, Production Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Production, Logistics and Pilatus subsidiaries
* Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to confirm project requirements and objectives
* Ensure a good reputation and high level of customer satisfaction
* Collaborating with Business Aviation leaders for department wide strategy
With this you convince us
* Technical background with a degree on level FH
* At least 5 years practical experience within Program Management & Project Management in Aviation
* Experience within the aircraft industry
* Distinct coordination and planning skills
* Very good written and spoken English (C1) and German (B2)
* High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, flexibility and communication skills
