In Group Technology, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
* Provide functional and technical support for Murex and GFM applications to ensure stable production operations
* Support users across Front Office, Back Office, Finance, and Credit, including direct engagement with traders during market hours for time‑sensitive issues
* Analyze, own, and resolve production incidents impacting trading, risk, finance, or downstream processes, coordinate with cross-functional teams to restore normal operations
* Proactively monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve reliability and scalability
* Collaborate with development teams to test and deploy new features, enhancements, and bug fixes
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing
* Automate support and operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
* Participate in on‑call rotations and provide after‑hours support or weekend implementations as needed
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role, supporting mission‑critical financial applications
* Hands‑on experience with Murex, including modules such as eTradepad, Simulation, Limits, Livebook, MXML, Datamart, and related components
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex production issues under time pressure
* Comfortable operating in a Front Office trading environment, supporting time‑sensitive activities and managing urgent issues during market hours
* Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including traders, operations, finance, credit, and IT teams
* Experience working collaboratively in a fast‑paced, high‑availability financial systems environment
* Knowledge of SQL, scripting/programming languages, and automation tools to support operational efficiency
* Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying up‑to‑date with industry trends and technologies
