In order to strengthen the visibility of our institution and support our governance, CMS Martigny & Regions is recruiting for the following position: Head of Institutional Communication. Your mission reports to the general director; you are responsible for the institutional communication of CMS Martigny & Regions by developing, coordinating, and implementing actions aimed at enhancing the institution's missions and values, strengthening its visibility, and supporting its governance. Additionally, you provide support and advice to the management, contributing to the smooth operation and effectiveness of the institution's main responsibilities (main activity):- Propose and implement the communication strategy of the institution;- Design and disseminate content for various communication channels (website, social media, printed materials);- Develop and animate internal communication mechanisms to promote clear and coherent messaging;- Organize and promote institutional events contributing to the visibility of CMS;- Ensure consistency of the institutional image and adherence to the visual identity;- Advise the management and department heads in their communication actions (business partner);- Lead the development of the annual report and coordinate communications with media and partners. Complementary activities:- Support the general director and management in planning and monitoring their activities;- Prepare and ensure the follow-up of management meetings (documents, minutes);- Contribute to drafting and formatting institutional documents (letters, notes, reports);- Ensure communication between management, executives, and services;- Organize meetings, events, or trips related to the institution's activities.
