Position
Position Description
* Scientific and operational management of the CPPS at the Energypolis campus.
* Development and implementation of the CPPS strategy in alignment with cantonal policy, the strategic priorities of relevant cantonal services and research institutes active in the field of natural hazards.
* Acquisition, management and implementation of relevant research and innovation projects within the Institute of Systems Engineering.
* Development and delivery of relevant continuing education programmes at CAS level.
* Expansion of partnerships at national and international level.
* Design and coordination of educational activities delivered within the CPPS.
* Promotion of the CPPS.
Selection criteria
* Tertiary qualification in natural hazards or seismology.
* Proven track record in the acquisition and management of projects.
* Demonstrated experience in education.
* Strong interest in natural hazard prevention.
* Ability to establish and develop institutional and academic partnerships.
* Active participation in the applied research ecosystem of the Energypolis campus.
* Excellent command of French and English; knowledge of German would be a strong asset.
