PpComplete an internship project at SOPHiA GENETICS whose mission is to drive forward the future of liquid biopsy testing by joining the IT Services Team as a Support Specialist Intern. /p h3Your mission: /h3 pYou will assist with optimizing and automating our internal service desk portal and contribute to improving the IT support experience across the company. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth operations, enhance the user experience, and contribute to IT solutions that streamline workflows within SOPHiA GENETICS. /p ul liAssisting in creation and testing a Tech services infrastructure dashboards used throughout the organization. /li liSupporting MDM setup (JAMF, Intune) and helping document workflows. /li liCollaboration with engineers to align with SOC2 and C5 compliance. /li liAssisting with the monitoring and management of the internal helpdesk, responding to IT requests from employees and reporting key metrics. /li liSupporting the configuration of role-based access control (RBAC), user accounts, and access permissions. /li liContributing to Information Security Network Operations, helping maintain secure and efficient IT systems. /li liUsing project tracking and issue management software, such as Jira Cloud to manage and report on IT support activities. /li liProviding IT support for whole company (CH, FR, US). /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liA Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field. /li liExperience with system administration is desirable. /li liFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 and Apple environments. /li liSome knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash/Shell, Python) is a plus. /li liAwareness of security and compliance concepts (SOC2, C5). /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues and maintaning KB. /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pAll SOPHiA GENETICS internships apprenticeships are paid as per each country's best practices and degree level. /p h3What will you learn /h3 ul liGain valuable experience working with cross-functional teams across all departments, building confidence in communication and collaboration. /li liGaining proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices. /li liDeveloping skills in System Integration and Administration. /li liLearning to automate tasks through scripting. /li liGaining experience in building and customizing dashboards. /li /ul pbStart: /b August 2026 /p pbContract type: /b Internship contract /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
