Join our Non-Financial Services Audit team within External Audit services at PwC, where you'll have the opportunity to deliver a range of assurance services and business advice to diverse clients, from fast-growing startups to large international corporations. We leverage the latest technology to minimize manual testing, enabling you to focus on high-value client service, corporate governance, and enhancing the reliability of client information.
Our team helps organizations navigate regulatory complexities while building trust and transparency. You will work closely with senior management to plan and execute audit processes, ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and fair presentation of financial information.
Your Responsibilities
* Audit annual and consolidated financial statements, assessing compliance with regulatory requirements for national and international companies in industry, trade, and services sectors.
* Evaluate business processes and assist with accounting standards such as OR, IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, US GAAP.
* Collaborate directly with engagement managers during planning, execution, and completion of audit assignments and special audits, maintaining communication with specialists.
* Contribute to the digital transformation of auditing by utilizing and improving digital audit tools and approaches.
* Develop deep knowledge of a broad client spectrum, build and maintain client relationships.
* Receive ongoing professional and personal development through coaching and training.
* Work within a diverse, international team, receiving regular feedback from colleagues and supervisors.
Your Profile
* Completed or currently pursuing the diploma of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent.
* At least two years of experience in auditing, with exposure to financial and regulatory audits.
* Strong analytical skills, high quality standards, and a passion for driving digital innovation in auditing.
* Motivated to exceed client expectations and take responsibility from the outset.
* Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

Relevant degrees and certifications are preferred but not explicitly specified.
Skills
Proficiency in accounting standards, audit methodologies, client management, communication, data analysis, and digital tools. Openness to change and emotional intelligence are valued.
