We are looking for a determined and team-oriented person to join our team as a Site ManagerEmpleo: Permanent➢ Survey, design, specification and estimation of projects at tender stage.➢ Full project ownership from receipt of design through to execution and delivery.➢ Assist with creating a full Bill of Materials (BOM) based around the clients requirements➢ Managing Project documentation to ensure work is correctly tracked.➢ Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.➢ Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximise client potential.➢ Ensuring central work schedule is up to date and on track.➢ Monitor, control and manage in-house project operations to meet customer expectations and timelines.➢ Liaise between departments to ensure the smooth operations delivery.➢ Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project teams.➢ Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders.➢ Arranging equipment delivery to site and ensure it is correctly stock managed and accounted for.➢ Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for future improvements.➢ Occasional ‘hands on’ capability when required.Basic Requirement➢ 5+ years Data Centre experience.➢ Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a cabling Solutions➢ OM3/OM4/OM5/OS1/OS2 Cabling Solutions.➢ Competent Microsoft Office skills, incl. Excel, Office & Visio➢ CAD experience preferable➢ Strong attention to detail.➢ Ability to work under pressure and be flexible.➢ Well organized, pro-active and responsible attitude.➢ A good team member but with the ability to work on un-supervised.➢ Strong written and verbal communication skills"If we've sparked your interest, we look forward to receiving your application documents.
