ObjectiveLead key HR related projects for the Sales & Marketing (S&M) population by defining and managing clear project scope, deliverables, timelines and governance. The role partners closely with Business HR, Sales & Marketing Central Functions leaders and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective project execution, supports workforce and organization evolution, and contributes to the achievement of S&M strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities And Project Areas IncludeStrategic workforce optimization initiatives: Act as a key interface between S&M, HR and program management teams to support workforce optimization and organization evolution initiatives. Translate business and HR requirements into actionable project plans, supported by robust, data driven insights.Organizational Design And Transformation Projects Support the planning and execution of S&M organizational design, restructuring and transformation initiatives by:Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverablesCoordinating cross-functional workstreamsProviding analytical supportEnsuring alignment across stakeholders and regionsProject Governance And Delivery Management Establish and maintain effective project governance including:Milestone and deliverables trackingRisk and issue managementRegular project reviews and decision-making meetingsPrepare and deliver clear project documentation and decision materials, including:Status updatesExecutive presentationsDecision papers for senior managementData Analytics And Reporting Translate business priorities into relevant analyses and dashboards to support workforce planning, talent decisions and transformation initiatives. Provide data-driven insights to support both business-as-usual and project-related decision making.Stakeholder Management Engage and align with multiple stakeholders (e.g. Business HR, S&M Central Functions, HR CoE, S&M leadership, Finance, DTIT, GBS and external partners where relevant) to ensure project sponsorship, decision making and adoption.Change Management Contribute to change management activities, including communication preparation, change deployment coordination, training and feedback consolidation.Profile (candidate\'s Skills)8 - 15 years of experience in HR and/or Sales & Marketing, project management, business administration or a related field; a Master’s degree is an asset.Proven experience in managing HR or transformation projects end-to-end, ideally in multinational and/or technology company.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability and interest in using data and analysis to drive decisions and strong proficiency in HR-related tools (e.g. PeopleSoft, Power BI, Business Objects, SharePoint) and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint).Demonstrated experience collaborating with diverse internal and, where relevant, external stakeholders (e.g. senior leaders, functional heads, project teams, external partners) to achieve project goals.Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership. Strong influencing and leadership skills, particularly in leading cross functional project teams without direct authority.Resilience and maturity in dealing with ambiguity, managing change and delivering results in challenging, fast paced environments.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
