Job Title: Senior Network Solution Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Deep insight of Swiss vertical industry trends and the customer needs in IP network domain
* Present & highlight Huawei IP networking products and solution for key customers in different network domain including Campus network, SD-WAN, IP backbone and DC network
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges and tailor the network product & solution to address the customer challenge & requirement
* Capable of designing network architecture and solution for the customers based on customer demands
* Develop new solution propositions, Drive solution propositions for different customers.
* Provide technical & business analysis on vendors’ product and solution
* Provide pre-sales technical support to Huawei’s Partners and strategic customers.
* Conduct technical meetings with customers and partners to highlight Huawei solutions.
* Partner enablement on Huawei innovative product and solution
Requirements
* In-depth knowledge of mainstream vendor’s product and solution in IP domain
* More than 5 years experience as the consulting and presales in IP domain such as Switching/ Wi-Fi/SD-WAN/Routing/IP-MPLS and network automation
* Capability to convert customer business requirements into a technical solution.
* Capability to front-end to customer, with strong communication, negotiation & consulting skills
* Presale sale experience from network vendor and partner is preferred
* Effective interpersonal skills, rich experience in project bidding are welcome to apply.
* Capability to work in an international environment, adaptability and flexibility to changes in a fast-growing organization
* Proficiency in both German and English(French is nice to have)
