Tasks
* Handle building permit processes and communicate with stakeholders.
* Maintain and manage the federal building and housing register.
* Enforce building regulations and conduct property inspections.
Skills
* You have a commercial diploma or equivalent education.
* Strong interest in construction and planning laws.
* Proficient in Office software with some years of experience.
You work in the secretariat of the construction department handling all administrative and organizational tasks;
You process the building permit procedure in the area of formal review and maintain contact with property owners, planners, and cantonal offices;
You provide information both at the counter and by phone.
You are responsible for the cleanup and ongoing management of the federal building and housing register;
You maintain the initial housing register and carry out the corresponding apartment inspections;
You consistently implement building police measures in cases of abusive apartment use and ensure compliance with legal requirements;
You take over the updating and control of building addresses.
As a reliable and independent person, you have a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification;
You show interest in construction and planning law topics and have a confident oral and written expression;
You are proficient in office IT applications and preferably have several years of professional experience;
Knowledge of foreign languages (French/English) is an advantage.
