Tasks / Responsibilities
* Co-responsible for a section in the galley
* Active assistance of preparing daily meals
* Professional food handling including buffet and guest service
* Implementation of our quality standards in the galley
* Compliance with HACCP requirements and labeling
* Active support with deliveries and loadings
Requirements
* Completed apprenticeship or specialized training as a cook
* Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a comparable position
* In-depth knowledge of the menu and food
* Knowledge of the tools and functions in the galley
* Good communication skills in English and/or German
* Excellent team work and expertise
