To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in Analytical Development QC Early Phase, we are looking for a highly motivated, analytically skilled Senior Scientist (100%).
We are looking for:
1. As a Senior Scientist, you will be responsible for the development and validation of drug-specific analytical methods for our new peptide drugs within the scope of pre-clinical to clinical customer projects. The focus will be on chromatographic methods and mass spectrometry.
2. You will collaborate as a subject matter expert with colleagues from QC and other departments (QA, Production, R&D) to develop control strategies and ensure process quality.
3. You will coordinate and oversee analytical activities in the laboratory and act as an analytical expert in project teams.
4. You will ensure the implementation of methods in the QC GMP environment and support the environment in troubleshooting.
5. You will support the implementation of new analytical technologies and actively drive process optimizations.
6. You will ensure compliance with quality requirements and support the professional leadership of employees in the organizational unit.
Ideal profile:
1. Completed studies in Chemistry, Bio Chemistry, or Pharmacy
2. Relevant professional experience in instrumental analysis with a focus on liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry
3. Knowledge in the analysis and/or synthesis of peptides
4. Expertise in method development and validation
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills
6. Committed and motivated personality with a passion for teamwork
7. High quality awareness and experience in a GMP environment
8. Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
