Our team works across the entire transaction lifecycle, solving exciting problems daily.Your Key ResponsibilitiesWork on M&A and strategy projects focusing on technology, including IT due diligence, value creation, and strategy development.Engage with various industries (e.g., life sciences, manufacturing, consumer products) working with corporate and private equity clients across Europe.Assess technical information and financials, provide recommendations, and develop transformation and execution plans.Implement and execute client recommendations collaboratively to achieve project goals.Assist in business origination and talent initiatives, including recruiting.Maintain professional relationships with clients at appropriate levels.Skills and Attributes for SuccessCompleted business or STEM degree.At least 1 year of relevant professional experience post-university, preferably in M&A deal lifecycle (IT, HR, or performance improvement).Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills demonstrated in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional fluency in German, French, or Italian is preferred.Solid project management skills, client-oriented attitude, and willingness to travel.Willingness to learn and develop new skills.Strong team player mentality, proactive in driving solutions within diverse, cross-functional teams.Our DomainsStrategy: Corporate, Business Unit, Digital Business, Commercial, Operations, Due Diligence, Economic Advisory.Execution: Working Capital, Deal Management & Execution, HR, Value Creation, IT/Tech/Cybersecurity Due Diligence.What We OfferEY Switzerland offers a diverse, inclusive environment with around 3,000 employees from 64 countries.
