Responsibilities
* Advise managers on all HR-related matters and support teams.
* Implement the HR strategy and act as a sparring partner for leaders.
* Manage recruitment processes and oversee personnel development.
* Personnel planning in collaboration with specialist departments.
* Conduct recruitment processes, selection decisions and onboarding.
* Support performance reviews and address employment law issues.
* Identify development needs and devise appropriate measures.
* Analyse HR metrics and derive recommendations.
* Ensure compliance with employment law requirements, internal guidelines and processes.
* Support remuneration, promotion and succession processes.
* Contribute to HR projects and continuous optimisation of HR processes.
Requirements
* Excellent degree in economics or law.
* Several years’ experience in modern HR management.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Very good English language skills.
* Proficient IT skills.
* Ideally, industry knowledge.
