Avantor sucht einen motivierten Lab Service Associate (w/m/d) für unser Lab Services Team in Basel.
Diese Stelle eignet sich für BewerberInnen, die gerne in der Pharma einsteigen würden und auf der Suche nach einem abwechslungsreichem und geregelten Tätigkeitfeld sind. Als Lab Service Associate (w/m/d) unterstützen Sie Labore und die Produktion mit der Bereitstellung, sowie Reinigung und Entsorgung von Materialien.
Es handelt sich hierbei um eine unbefristete Vollzeitposition. Ihr Einsatzort wäre unser Kundenstandort, ein führendes Pharmaunternehmen in Basel. Arbeitszeiten: Montag-Freitag, Start zwischen 06:00-06:30, täglich 8 Stunden(40 Stunden/Woche)
Das bringen Sie mit
Ausbildung: abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Logistiker (w/m/d), Laborant o.Ä.
Berufserfahrung: Praktische Erfahrung in der Lagerlogistik, bevorzugt aus einem Labor-, Pharma, oder GMP-Umfeld
Bevorzugte Fähigkeiten:
* Erfahrung in der Lagerhaltung-und Verwaltung
* Flurförder Ausweis von Vorteil
* Gute generelle IT-Kenntnisse zu gängigen E-mail und admin Tools (MS Office, Outlook oder Google Suite)
* SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil
* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
* Freundliches und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:
* Operative Bewirtschaftung und Prozessoptimierung des zentralen Lab Supply Lagers
* Materialsuche und -bestellung im Bestellsystem, Erfassung der Inventur
* Check-in von neuen und alten Substanzen im Lager
* Einteilung und Entsorgung von speziellen Substanzen je nach Ablaufdatum
* Kommissionierung / Versandauftrag
* Wareneingangskontrolle und Reklamationen bei Lieferanten falls notwendig
* Befolgung der vorgegebenen Prozessabläufe
* Einhalten sämtlicher geltenden sicherheitsrelevanten Regelungen
* Kundenberatung am Schalter
* Konsequentes Vermeiden von Stock-out-Situationen
* Gegenseitige Stellvertretung der Teammitglieder
