Job Description:
As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for recording and processing invoices, managing GR/IR accounts, preparing payments, and controlling financial transactions. Your tasks will include maintaining accurate financial records, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing cost-saving measures. You will also be required to liaise with internal and external partners, manage relationships with colleagues, suppliers, public authorities, and occasionally customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in economics or a similar qualification. 3-5 years of experience in accounting or controlling are preferred, particularly in international environments, especially in industrial or financial services companies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Fluency in Italian and English is required, as well as knowledge of ERP SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Teamwork, social skills, and task prioritization are also crucial skills for this position.
