Job Description
* You develop a strong client network, identify and engage new accounts.
* You strengthen existing partnerships in close collaboration with the regional sales team.
* You provide technical advice to your differents clients.
* You coordinate technical development projects both internally and externally, leveraging your commercial acumen, technical expertise, and the appropriate tools.
* You contribute to the creation of customized, reliable, and innovative solutions tailored to clients' specific requirements.
* You collaborate with our international partners and group subsidiaries to efficiently meet market demands and sustainably strengthen our competitive position.
The Successful Applicant
* You have a technical background in electrical engineering and solid experience in selling complex, consultative solutions.
* You have successfully held a position as a sales representative or sales manager.
* You think like an entrepreneur, work autonomously, and are driven by continuous improvement.
* You have an analytical, process-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
* You are fluent in German (C1), with a good command of English (B2). French is a plus.
* You quickly grasp new technologies and adapt easily to evolving requirements.
* You are willing to travel throughout Switzerland 60% of the time.
