As Marketing Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth execution of HAUTLENCE’s marketing activities. This role focuses on coordinating assets, managing printed materials and displays, supporting event and fair logistics, and maintaining marketing tools for retailers and partners. You will act as the operational backbone of the brand’s marketing efforts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Key responsibilities:
Marketing Asset Coordination
* Manage the asset library/DAM and distribute ready-to-use marketing kits to retailers and partners.
* Oversee catalogue and printed material production, including translations, proofing, print runs, and distribution.
* Monitor inventory of catalogues, POS materials, and displays; reorder and track usage.
Event & Fair Support
* Coordinate brand participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and retailer events.
* Handle timelines, vendor bookings, budgets, invitations, and on-site logistics.
* Ensure on-time delivery of displays, catalogues, and toolkits for each event.
Retailer & Partner Support
* Provide retailers with updated marketing materials, catalogues, and displays.
* Track requests and ensure consistent brand presence across points of sale.
* Support the Brand Manager in preparing marketing kits and presentations.
Administration & Reporting
* Turn briefs into timelines, deliverables, and checklists; follow up on deadlines.
* Assist in tracking marketing budgets and processing invoices.
* Compile post-event and campaign recaps.
Your profile:
* 2–3 years’ experience in marketing coordination (luxury watches, jewellery, fashion, or premium consumer goods).
* Professional fluency in German, French, and English.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, shared drives, and basic CRM tools.
* Experience coordinating events and marketing materials production.
* Swiss/EU work authorization; ability to travel occasionally (fairs/events).
* Familiarity with Shopify/Klaviyo or newsletter tools.
* Knowledge of horology and passion for independent brands.
* Basic understanding of logistics (shipping, customs paperwork).
