The Opportunity
We are seeking a Formulation Expert to drive digital transformation initiatives within oral dosage form development. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of formulation process development and cutting-edge digital projects. You will collaborate with both formulation and data teams to optimize data handling strategies, maintain best practices, and contribute to the development of data-centric approaches for manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Formulation and Manufacturing Experts to develop and refine data strategies for pharmaceutical manufacturing unit operations.
Support digital transformation projects by introducing data-driven approaches in formulation development.
Contribute to the development of guidelines and standards for data handling and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Work closely with manufacturing sites, System Owners, and Business Process Owners to ensure data management best practices are followed.
Collect and summarize user feedback on data applications across various manufacturing operations to enhance data handling and usability.
Compile and visualize experimental data, contributing to comprehensive development reports.
Review development and manufacturing documents and perform thorough data integrity checks.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across digitalization projects within the organization.
Your Profile
Advanced degree (Master or equivalent) in a relevant scientific field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in formulation development.
Strong knowledge of data structuring, data wrangling, and data engineering.
Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, particularly oral dosage forms.
Ability to think interdisciplinary and work collaboratively across different functions.
Excellent communication skills and strong technical writing ability.
Fluent in English (both oral and written).
