Sales Manager (Consultant Placements)
In this role you actively win new clients in the Swiss market and offer project-based consulting services to these clients. You will use your network and knowledge within the Swiss market to ramp up the business and generate revenue. This role is part of a succession planning and if you have built a proven track record after some time in the role you might be able to become a partial shareholder / partner of the company.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Swiss Sales Operations which is reporting into you
2. You are a Sales Hunter type, and you will use your expertise and network in Switzerland to generate new business for the company
3. The business of the company is to place consultants on different projects as part of the service offerings provided
4. Have a good understanding of trends in the market to be able to come up with potential new ideas and solutions
5. Market and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities
6. Collaboration with internal interfaces to optimally meet customer requirements
7. You will be part of the Management team
Your Profile:
8. Business Administration based education paired with a good understanding of the IT- / Business Consultant Placement market
9. Senior level Sales experience in the relevant field in Switzerland
10. You possess a good network with relevant decision-makers needed for the success of this role
11. A mandatory requirement is that during the selection process, the candidate must demonstrate that he/she is able to activate, at the time of hiring, a commercial proposition worth 1 million CHF in consultancy services (on a daily rate basis) on the prospects of his/her network.
12. Ideally experience in leading a small team
13. You are looking for a Sales Hunter type of role. If you are successful in this role, you might have the possibility to become a shareholder / partner of the company.
14. A good understanding of IT topics
15. Willingness to travel to the clients in Switzerland
16. Fluent in English and German, French or Italian are a strong plus
