PpWe are looking for a bHead of Solutions Partner Success /b to own the full client lifecycle, from first conversation to long-term partnership. /p pThis is a hybrid commercial and technical leadership role: byou will sell, but you will also be the architect and project owner /b who brings each client live and keeps them growing. /p pbYou will be the single point of ownership across the client journey /b, coordinating Client, IT, Compliance, and Operations to turn signed deals into live, revenue-generating integrations. /p pYou will start hands-on and build a team beneath you as the book of business grows. /p h3What you will do: /h3 ul libWin new business /b. Identify, qualify, and close mid-market and scale-up clients for our Fintech-as-a-Service platform through consultative, solution-led selling. /li libOwn the technical sale /b. Run product and API demos, scope integration architectures, and translate client needs into deliverable solutions alongside our IT team. /li libDrive onboarding end-to-end /b. Act as the bridge between the Client and our IT, Compliance, and Operations functions through KYC/AML, integration, and regulatory onboarding. /li libBring clients live /b. Lead go-live and commissioning, owning timelines and sequencing to a successful launch. /li libGrow accounts for life /b. Manage each client throughout the contract term, driving retention, satisfaction, and upsell. /li libBuild the function /b. Establish the processes and, over time, the team that will scale Solutions Sales and Client Delivery as Ephelia grows. /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul lib6+ years /b in fintech, payments, embedded finance, BaaS, EMI, or PSP environments, in a role combining commercial ownership with technical client work (solutions/sales engineering, presales, solutions consulting, or technical account management). /li liA bproven track record /b of consultative B2B selling to fintech and scale-up clients, with full ownership of the deal and the relationship. /li libGenuine technical fluency /b: you read API documentation, test REST/JSON integrations, run technical demos, and design integration solutions. A true solutions engineer, not a non-technical seller. /li liWorking bunderstanding of KYC/AML /b, regulated onboarding, and how to coordinate Compliance and Operations. /li libProject ownership mindset /b: you are comfortable being the single point of accountability across multiple internal teams and the client. /li liLeadership ambition: you want to build and lead a team, not just carry a quota. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul libFluent English and Italian (mandatory). /b /li libA third language is a strong plus /b: German (opening Switzerland and the DACH region), French, or Spanish. /li /ul h3Why Ephelia /h3 ul liOwn the commercial story of a regulated fintech infrastructure player at its inflection point. /li liA genuinely differentiated product: BaaS natively integrated with regulated stablecoins, under one contract. /li liDirect line to the Group CEO and a board of senior fintech, banking, and payments leaders. /li liThe mandate and autonomy to build your own function. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
