* Degree in Software Engineering or a related field
* 5+ years of software development experience
* Strong skills in C# and WPF
* Experience in HMI design with a focus on usability
* Background in industrial software (motion control, PLC communication, real-time data)
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
