Responsibilities Be a trusted advisor driving Adoption and Change Management as well as business value through AI Transformation: deliver strong Adoption and Change Management as a pillar to help customers realize value and navigate their AI transformation journey. Create business value by translating customer challenges into actionable solutions aligned to high ROI outcomes; ensure a seamless, connected experience that fosters satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value.
Drive Customer Success: lead architectural design, engaging with business and technical decision makers to drive intent and enable sustained usage of Copilot Chat, Agents, and M365 Copilot, securing long-term customer success and renewal.
Leverage Agentic AI: use Copilot prompt engineering and Agent-building expertise to drive AI at scale.
Explore growth opportunities: partner with technical and sales teams to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions to drive expansion and business value realization.
Customer Centricity: drive customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor to customers and partners by leveraging AI fundamentals and M365 Copilot expertise to enable defined Customer Success Plan outcomes. Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners to relevant MS teams to enable continuous improvement.
Accelerate Customer AI Transformation Journey: engage in relevant communities to share expertise, contribute to IP creation, prioritize IP reuse, and learn from others to accelerate the customer\'s AI transformation journey.
Embrace a growth mindset: act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights, feedback, and success stories to inform internal strategy and execution.
Learn-it-all: maintain a self-directed learning mindset in Copilot Chat, Agents, M365 Copilot, business value realization, and adoption/change management; build and maintain technical readiness aligned to CSU priorities.
Responsibilities (CSA Copilot – Additional) Be the focal point of contact between Microsoft and customers/partners in driving M365 Copilot adoption and end-user adoption (per BU).
Deliver Microsoft services for Copilot through Unified support contracts.
Demonstrate Copilot M365 insights to show trends and business impact.
Advise on Adoption and Change Management plans (exec sponsorship, end-user targeting, content and activities).
Enable and demonstrate M365 Copilot insights and dashboards to understand usage trends and business impact.
Provide training sessions, use-cases, and support for CxO-level audiences.
Envision extensions, design sessions, and scoping for pilots, PoCs, or handovers for implementation.
Provide feedback to Microsoft Product Group and Marketing; support unblocking technical issues with product teams.
Support Customer Success Club and MW events by delivering sessions and acting as a subject matter expert.
Qualifications Passion for new innovative technology and driving customer transformation.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to work with different cultures and customers.
Ability to communicate with diverse audiences, especially CxOs, with strong presentation skills.
Balance business with strong adoption and change management skills and technical acumen on Copilot and agents.
Ability to lead and motivate technical communities and be a public speaker.
Adaptability and continuous learning mindset.
Education and Experience Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Fluent in English; additional languages such as German, French, Dutch are a plus.
Relevant experience in customer-facing roles and working with Customer Success teams.
Experience in systems development, network operations, software support, or IT consulting.
Proven track record in planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing M365 solutions; strong analytical and relationship-building skills; ability to explain complex topics to technical and business leaders.
Experience in change management, trusted advisory, and customer-focused delivery for M365.
Journey mapping skills and ability to lead presentations, demos, and workshops with BDMs and ITDMs.
Technical skills in Microsoft 365 domains (e.g., large-scale M365, M365 security and compliance, Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio, Teams, SharePoint Online).
Technical Skills Subject matter expertise in at least three of: Large-scale Microsoft 365, M365 security and compliance, Copilot for M365 and Copilot chat, Agents creation and governance, Copilot Studio, M365 Apps (Teams, VIVA), Teams deployment, SharePoint Online & Search indexing, and related cloud certifications.
