We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our Sales team in Switzerland.
You will oversee customer acquisition across Switzerland, maximize sales opportunities within assigned accounts, establish productive relationships with key personnel, and analyze market potential.
Responsibilities Lead and develop new accounts
Manage a portfolio of new and existing clients across all BioPharma markets
Understand the customer's business, industry, strategic direction, and competitors in depth
Develop strategic, value-added partnerships by working with key decision-makers and influencers to address long-term issues and solutions
Gain understanding of WC's capabilities and service offerings relevant to the customer
Participate in marketing campaigns, tradeshows, and seminars
Identify, qualify, and prioritize potential opportunities
Collaborate with regional WC operatives to position services within accounts
Work with cross-functional teams to develop customer solutions
Deliver high-impact, complex, strategic solutions valued by customers
Monitor and improve quality through metrics, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution
Identify risks and develop contingency plans
Explore new market opportunities
Manage sales pipeline and track KPIs
Maintain strong relationship management
Requirements Languages: Fluent in English (essential), German and/or French (essential)
1-2 years of professional experience in business development, sales, or account management; interns or entry-level candidates interested in growth are welcome
Graduate degree (desirable)
Experience in logistics, transport, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry (desirable)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong customer orientation and excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
