Internship Recruiting Ownership: You take end-to-end responsibility for internship recruitments, gaining first handson experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating offers while building a strong earlytalent pipeline. Interview Coordination: You schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Candidate Communication: You provide timely updates and maintain a positive experience throughout the hiring journey. Data Management: You keep accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system to support compliance and reporting. Job Advertising: You create and post job advertisements that align with role requirements and employer branding. Onboarding Assistance: You help with onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new hires. Education: You are currently enrolled in or have recently completed a bachelor’s degree or apprenticeship. Communication Skills: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Professionalism: You handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. Languages: You are fluent in English and have good German skills. Availability: You are ideally able to start in February and commit to a 6‑month internship to gain comprehensive experience in recruitment. What we offer: At Climeworks, our six-month internships offer a hybrid work setup, giving you flexibility while ensuring valuable collaboration by working onsite at least three days per week. To maintain fairness, we follow a standardized salary process based on market benchmarks.
