The Role
The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in day-to-day activities, client management, and participation in trade fairs and industry events both in Switzerland and abroad. This is a key role in ensuring an excellent customer experience and contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities
Actively support sales and business development activities Manage and nurture the existing client portfolio Collaborate with the internal team to reach commercial targets Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events in Switzerland and internationally Handle sales administration using SAP and Microsoft Office tools Prepare commercial offers, process orders and related documentation Sales performance reporting and analysis Candidate Profile

Italian: fluent (written and spoken) — mandatory requirement English: fluent (written and spoken) — mandatory requirement Arabic, Russian, Chinese: considered a plus Experience
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector with Unlicensed Medicines Willingness to travel and attend trade fairs in Switzerland and abroad What We Offer
