Ph3Overview /h3pResponsible for leading and governing Phase In / Phase Out (PIPO) initiatives across the product lifecycle to ensure controlled product changes and PIPO transitions, from a Supply chain perspective with a strong focus on supply continuity and network distribution to meet customer requirements. The role ensures cross functional alignment, standardized execution, risk mitigation, and minimal business disruption by embedding supply chain ownership early and sustaining an end to end PIPO process aligned with regulatory and operational requirements. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead end to end PIPO projects across Capital, Consumables, and Accessories portfolios, ensuring standardized execution and governance /liliOwn and deploy the PIPO process /liliDrive cross functional alignment across Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Product Management, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supplier Quality, and Commercial /liliDevelop and maintain PIPO project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies /liliMaintain and update the Risk Registers from Supply Chain perspective to proactively identify and mitigate supply, regulatory, and execution risks /liliActively participate in supplier and internal manufacturing kickoff meetings to ensure aligned and well coordinated implementation and transition plans /liliEnsure planning teams lead effective inventory transition strategies to reduce scrap, backorders, and service impact /liliCommunicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership /liliLead Kaizen sustainment activities, monitor KPIs, and continuously improve the PIPO process and execution model /liliEnsure successful hand off of completed transitions to sustaining operations and planning teams /li /ulh3Education And Experience Requirements /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or equivalent experience /liliMinimum 5–7 years experience in supply chain, operations, or product lifecycle project management /liliProven experience leading cross functional, global projects in regulated or complex manufacturing environments /liliHands on experience with product transitions, lifecycle management, or change implementation in supply chain or operations roles /li /ulh3Role And Competencies Requirements /h3ulliStrong project management capability with demonstrated ownership of complex, multi stakeholder initiatives /liliDeep understanding of end to end supply chain processes, including planning, manufacturing, inventory management, and supplier coordination /liliProven ability to lead without authority and influence cross functional teams toward aligned outcomes /liliStrong risk management and problem solving skills, with ability to anticipate issues before execution /liliExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across operational and leadership levels /liliHigh level of structure, rigor, and attention to detail, with focus on standardization and sustainment /liliComfortable working in global, matrix environments with multiple time zones and stakeholders /liliProficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and project tracking methodologies /liliContinuous improvement mindset with experience in Kaizen or process transformation initiatives /liliAbility to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% /li /ulh3Fortive Corporation Overview /h3pFortive is a global industrial technology innovator with a startup spirit.
