YOUR TASKS
Lead and support end‑to‑end M&A processes (buy‑side and sell‑side), including origination, execution, and closing.
Build and maintain advanced financial models (DCF, trading/comparable multiples, and synergy‑based valuation analyses).
Coordinate complex, cross‑functional due diligence (financial, commercial, legal, and tax).
Prepare high‑quality investment materials, including investment memoranda, board presentations, management decks, NBOs, BOs, and decision papers.
Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and execution in collaboration with senior leadership and external advisors.
Conduct in‑depth market, industry, and competitive analyses to identify inorganic growth opportunities.
Evaluate acquisition targets, partnerships, and divestment options aligned with corporate strategy.
Support post‑merger integration (PMI) activities, adhoc financial analysis, and financing initiatives.
YOUR PROFIL
University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a top‑tier institution.
3+ years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Advisory (Big 4 experience is a plus).
Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise with hands‑on transaction execution experience.
Solid understanding of M&A processes, due diligence frameworks, and deal structuring.
Healthcare sector experience is a strong advantage.
Fluent in English and French (business fluent); German is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with a structured, entrepreneurial, and results‑oriented approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a fast‑paced, deal‑driven environment.
