Mobility is the goal
Join our R&D Smart Controls department and play a key role in shaping the future of elevator control systems.
As Electronics Control Hardware Architect, you will lead the technical architecture of our next-generation controller platforms, defining and refining requirements while driving innovation in hardware components and technologies.
Your new challenges include
1. Analyzing system requirements and translating them into robust hardware solutions while ensuring compliance with industry standards and relevant codes.
2. Defining, documenting, and maintaining the hardware architecture of elevator control systems, including master schematics and product structure.
3. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Architects, System and Software Engineers) to align HW-SW functionality and ensure high-quality, fit-for-purpose systems.
4. Developing and integrating interfaces for subsystems, components, and controller platforms.
5. Defining requirements for PCBAs, assemblies, harnesses, and sub-components.
6. Driving quality assurance by designing FMEAs, performing root cause analysis, and leading cross-functional design reviews.
7. Supporting test and field analysis, documenting corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement.
8. Identifying emerging technology trends, initiating feasibility studies, and contributing to the evolution of our products.
Mobility needs you
You are a technical leader who combines analytical depth with practical execution, thrives on solving complex challenges, and takes ownership from concept to delivery. Your structured and collaborative approach allows you to influence, align, and drive projects forward with clarity and impact.
