To realize our ambitions within the IKEA Supply Strategy, we are modernizing our ways of working by establishing a new digital core for IKEA. We have initiated the Order & Finance Platform (OFP) Programme, a key component of the IKEA Digital Roadmap and one of the largest digital investments in IKEA Supply. This initiative will impact the entire value chain, from suppliers to retail stores. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation and introduce ERP for the first time to our business.
As the SAP S4 Order to Cash Solution Architect, you will be responsible for SAP solution design, implementation, and maintenance within our Order to Cash workstream. You will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, External Consultants, Developers, Security & Data Privacy teams, and Data specialists to ensure SAP S/4HANA design, delivery, and maintenance adhere to standards while supporting automation and our global value chain.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Accountable for solution architecture across the Order to Cash processes (SAP S/4 SD, LE), from master data to month-end closing.
2. Collaborate with Product/Process Owners and Lead Solution Architects to evaluate and align design changes.
3. Serve as a front-line contact for business process owners and super users, ensuring a seamless platform experience across the entire value chain, including:
* Enhancements within SAP and related software development needs
* Managing changes and releases in line with configuration guidelines
* Supporting incident analysis and resolution alongside DevSecOps teams
* Supporting automation testing using tools like Solution Manager and UiPath
* Supporting non-SAP applications critical to Finance within the OFP ecosystem
* Design and maintain operational reporting and embedded analytics
1. Ensure operational governance, SLAs, and manage dependencies, testing, and business impact analysis.
2. Work with cross-functional Scrum teams, configuring SAP S/4HANA and applying hands-on configuration experience.
3. Demonstrate end-to-end process understanding and communicate proactively about status, issues, and timelines.
4. Identify risks and mitigation strategies during transformational architecture changes, ensuring business continuity.
You will report to the SAP Platform Area Manager and work closely with the Order and Finance Program management team.

Requirements include:
* At least 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects, contributing as a solution architect, business analyst, or functional consultant, preferably in supply chain or retail industries.
* Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC, with a proven track record in SAP application challenges.
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to see the bigger picture.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technology to stakeholders and securing commitment.
