Purchasing Operations Assistant (German Speaker) Location: Zürich, Switzerland Languages: German (required), English (required; minimum level B2), French is a plus. Duration: ASAP - until September 2026 Work Model: 80-100% on‑site in Zürich -Home office possible 40% Overview: As a Purchasing Operations Assistant, you will support a central procurement function by independently handling recurring operational and administrative tasks. Working closely with strategic procurement professionals, you will contribute to process efficiency, data quality and compliance across procurement activities. Responsibilities: Prepare and process Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) during the creation phase Onboard new suppliers and maintain supplier master data across central databases Perform onboarding activities within procurement and ordering platforms Monitor and verify supplier compliance with defined requirements and standards Prepare raw datasets and carry out basic data analyses Ensure timely and accurate execution of recurring operational tasks in line with defined processes and quality standards Independent execution of assigned operational tasks within defined guidelines Responsibility for meeting deadlines and quality requirements for assigned activities Qualifications: Commercial or administrative background Experience maintaining master data in multiple systems or platforms Basic experience in data preparation and analysis Strong IT user skills, particularly MS Office (advanced Excel and Macros ideal) Strong communication skills Quick comprehension and ability to learn new systems and processes Business‑fluent German (spoken and written) English and/or French are an advantage If you are interested in this position contact me as soon as possible!
