Lead Enterprise Services Delivery

Join a dynamic organization where innovation and expertise converge to deliver exceptional results. We seek an accomplished leader to spearhead our services delivery strategy, propelling growth and customer satisfaction.

This pivotal role requires someone with deep experience in enterprise software delivery, commercial ownership, and strategic partnerships. You will lead a high-performing team of approximately 60 professionals, driving on-time project execution, consulting, and customer value expansion.

* Key Responsibilities :
* Evolve and execute a comprehensive services strategy, ensuring timely project delivery and superior customer satisfaction.
* Own the commercial performance of services, including revenue margin and utilization metrics.
* Engage with key stakeholders, win services opportunities, and collaborate with Sales leadership.
* Champion product-led services: Services align with license sales.
* Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to position services as enablers, not front-runners.
* Directly manage selected key customers and support partner delivery ecosystem development.
* Embed a scalable Engagement Management model for value-based renewals, project extensions, and high-margin services upsell.
* Partner with Practice Leaders to define rate cards, project packaging, and scalable delivery blueprints.


About the Role :

* 10+ years of experience in professional services leadership within enterprise software companies, preferably in product-led or SaaS environments.
* Demonstrated track record of commercial accountability and success in co-owning or driving services P&L.
* Proactive hands-on approach, partnering with Sales on customer pursuits from shaping proposals to securing executive alignment.
* Strong grasp of partner enablement, revenue mix optimization, and scalable delivery models.
* Executive presence with credibility across C-level GTM leadership and delivery functions.
* Experience with modern Engagement Management or Customer Value methodologies is a plus.
