The Webmaster is responsible for the daily operation and content of the Blancpain website. Your role is to build pages, publish content, and ensure that product data and visual assets are correctly linked and displayed. You act as an essential bridge between our technical IT systems and our Marketing and Sales teams.
Key responsibilities
Content Management
* Build and publish product and landing pages using the CMS
* Ensure technical data from the PIM and marketing copy are correctly paired and displayed on the website
* Ensure images and videos are correctly organized in the DAM to ensure correct display on front end
* Make sure all translations are available, and coordinate with local markets to check accuracy when needed
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and correctly ordered product and asset displays across the website, including uploading new materials when required
Coordination
* Proactively implement new content (news, landing pages, visuals) in collaboration with PR and communication teams
* Manage the relationship with internal IT: log bug tickets, prioritize fixes, and perform testing (UAT)
* Collaborate with IT, Marketing and Sales teams to prioritize new developments, including additional e-commerce roll outs
Performance & Analytics
* Support on implementing and monitor SEO/SEA actions
* Pull and share regular performance reports
* Monitor user journeys and proactively propose practical improvements for the website
Operations
* Daily monitoring for site errors, broken images, or dead links
* Ensure website full compliance with all laws, global regulations, and accessibility best practices
* Partner with sales to keep the global boutique and authorized dealer network information accurate
Profil
* 3+ years relevant professional experience managing websites
* Experience using a CMS and working with PIM/DAM systems
* Solid knowledge of website analytics tools, SEO and SEA strategies
* Passionate and curious about new trends and technologies in digital communication
* Analytical skills and mindset
* Technical knowledge of GA4, HTML, and CSS is a plus
* Written and spoken French and English. Additional languages will be an asset
