Switzerland (client-facing role)
About The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in cloud and infrastructure services across Switzerland. This role suits professionals with a consulting or technology advisory background who can originate and shape complex transformation opportunities while engaging senior stakeholders.
You will focus on building pipeline, leading strategic deals, and driving cloud adoption initiatives, working closely with internal teams and ecosystem partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive business development and revenue growth for cloud and infrastructure services across Switzerland
* Build and manage a strong pipeline, from opportunity identification through to deal closure
* Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand into new and existing accounts
* Engage with senior client stakeholders to shape cloud transformation and infrastructure modernization programs
* Lead end-to-end deal execution, including solution positioning, proposal development, commercial structuring, and negotiations
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling, value-driven solutions across cloud, network, workplace, and infrastructure domains
* Support the design and execution of multi-year transformation programs
* Work with partners and alliances to drive joint go-to-market initiatives and co-innovation opportunities
* Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in cloud and infrastructure
Candidate Profile
* 15+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or client-facing roles within cloud, infrastructure, or technology services
* Proven track record in originating, shaping, and closing complex cloud or infrastructure deals
* Experience working in consulting firms or large system integrators
* Strong understanding of hybrid cloud, network, workplace, and core infrastructure technologies
* Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-year transformation engagements
* Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
* Strong commercial acumen and deal structuring capabilities
* Experience in the Swiss market preferred
* Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
