Vous ferez partie d’une équipe en charge de l’industrialisation et de la production de nos lignes de produits d’horloges atomiques.**Responsabilités*** Encadrer et développer une équipe NPI‐LCE en instaurant une forte culture de responsabilité, d’excellence et d’amélioration continue* Assurer la supervision stratégique des phases de New Product Introduction (KD2 à KD6), en garantissant le respect des délais, des coûts, de la qualité et des performances* Assurer une transition efficace du développement vers la production en série, ainsi que l’optimisation continue du cycle de vie produit pour une industrialisation évolutive* Piloter l’escalade et la résolution des risques liés à la qualité produit et aux processus de fabrication* Conduire des initiatives visant à améliorer l’efficacité industrielle, la capacité et les coûts de production* Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la R&D, les Opérations, la Qualité, les Achats ainsi que les fournisseurs afin d’assurer le succès produit de bout en bout* Collaborer avec les autres responsables sur la planification des ressources, la gestion budgétaire et les initiatives globales**Profil recherché*** Diplôme d’ingénieur en électronique / microtechnique (ou formation équivalente)* Solide expérience en ingénierie électronique et en environnements de production industrielle* Expérience confirmée dans le management d’équipes techniques et de portefeuilles de produits complexes* Capacité démontrée à piloter l’exécution, gérer les risques et influencer des équipes transverses* Maîtrise courante de l’anglais, avec d’excellentes compétences de communication à niveau exécutif* Expérience terrain et laboratoire, avec une forte orientation analyse des causes racines\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_We are looking for a talented **Manager NPI-LCE** to join our operations department in **Saint Blaise**.
You will be part of a team that is responsible for industrialization and production of our atomic clock product lines.If you want to be a part of our growing company that is driven by innovation and is focused on building a future together with our employees, don’t miss this opportunity!**Principal duties and responsibilities*** Lead and develop an NPI‐LCE team with a strong culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous improvement* Provide strategic oversight of New Product Introduction (KD2–KD6), ensuring delivery on time, cost, quality, and performance* Ensure effective transition from development to volume manufacturing and ongoing lifecycle optimization for scalable industrialization.* Own escalation and resolution of product quality and manufacturing risks* Drive manufacturing efficiency, capacity, and cost improvement initiatives* Partner with R&D, Operations, Quality, Sourcing
and suppliers to ensure end‐to‐end product success* Collaborate with peer leaders on resource planning, budgeting, and global initiatives**Knowledge, skills and experience required*** Degree in Electrical / Micro-technical Engineering (or equivalent)* Strong background in electronic engineering and manufacturing environments* Proven leader of technical teams and complex product portfolios experience* Demonstrated ability to drive execution, manage risk, and influence across functions* Fluent English; strong executive communication skills* Hands-on experience in both fieldwork and laboratory settings, focusing on root cause analysis.Oscilloquartz is a pioneer in time and frequency synchronization.
