Textile Engineer h/f

We are seeking a qualified Textile Engineer to join our team in the capacity of Product Development and Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in textile production with a focus on denim, product development, fashion and market trends, process optimisation, and a strong knowledge of fibres, fabrics and modern textile technologies and equipment. The candidate will also be responsible for sales in Europe and Asia, so commercial aptitude and frequent travel is required.
Responsibilities
* Lead product development and sales management across Europe and Asia.
* Apply textile knowledge to optimise manufacturing processes.
* Maintain commercial relationships and pursue new market opportunities.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
* Ample practical experience in textile manufacturing, focusing on denim.
* Strong experience in textile R&D.
* Strong managerial, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
* Availability for frequent short and long‑haul business trips.
* Fluent in English and capable of communicating in Spanish; other languages a plus.
* Based in Switzerland or an EU resident willing to relocate.
* Excellent written and oral English (very good). Excellent written and oral Spanish (very good).
