In this context, marked notably by the upcoming retirement of the current post holder, TPF is seeking an experienced individual as Railway Manager (H/F). A key role for a reliable and efficient system.Your responsibilities: As a member of the expanded management of TPF TRAFFIC, you will assume overall responsibility for activities related to the railway and its development. At the interface between the operational and strategic levels, you will ensure safe, efficient, and quality services in a demanding and highly regulated environment. You will oversee all activities in your area, manage events and incidents, and lead development projects. Specifically, you will support the introduction of new digital tools, new processes, the arrival of new rolling stock, as well as quality monitoring and management. As a true conductor of the railway, you will supervise, develop, and unite the teams in your entity, both directly and indirectly.
