E2E Test Lead Location: Zürich Start Date: April 2026 Contract duration: 6 months with further possibility of extension Key Responsibilities
* E2E Testing Leadership:
o Own and manage test planning, test execution, and defect management for the assigned pod
o Ensure full coverage and traceability across SIT and UAT
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple systems and integrations
* Project & Delivery Management
o Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
o Report progress to program leadership and ensure readiness for test gates
* Stakeholder & Communication Management
* Business Analysis & Requirements Understanding
o Review requirements, solution design, and process flows
o Ensure clarity and completeness for test scenarios and end-to-end flows
* Ensure consistency and compliance with governance processes
* Navigate and understand a complex financial architecture with multiple upstream/downstream systems
Required Skillset
* Strong Project Management capabilities (timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies)
* Skilled in SIT & UAT End-to-End testing
* Product knowledge of Payments / Fees & Taxes and/or batch processing cycles and reconciliation flows
* Ability to understand and operate within a complex architecture landscape
* Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
* Proven stakeholder management and clear communication skills
* Solid Business Analysis background
* English & German languages
