We are mainly active in Switzerland and intervene occasionally abroad.Electrical Team LeaderWorkplace: Nant de Drance plant, Le Châtelard-Village, municipality of Finhaut (VS)Your mission:As an electrical team leader, you supervise and support the availability, reliability, and safety of the electrical equipment at the Nant de Drance power plant.Main responsibilities:- Carry out maintenance work as well as work related to the installation and renewal of equipment and substitute for the electrical manager in the planning and management of maintenance and electrical work- Lead work and personnel on assigned sites- Establish orders for materials and tools- Guarantee the monitoring of technical documentation in the field of activity- Actively participate in the safety of people, property, and the environment and ensure the application and respect of safety directives and measures- Provide on-call service (average of 6 weeks / year)Your skills:- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) or equivalent trade qualification- Federal Diploma of Maintenance Specialist or willingness to obtain it- 3 to 5 years of experience in a hydroelectric facility, in industrial production, or in the field of high voltage, with experience in team management- Autonomy and sense of responsibility- Resistance to stress, flexibility, and ability to work in a team- French language with good knowledge of a second national languageWe offer attractive working conditions and a pleasant atmosphere, supported by company values.
