As part of the needs of one of our clients, we are recruiting for temporary assignments, of short and long duration, in Lausanne.

Dietetic Chef de Partie (M/F) – Extra assignments in a hospital environment

- Your mission:

- Prepare meals according to medical prescriptions (specific patient diets)

- Work in a hospital kitchen respecting strict standards (HACCP)

- Participate in the production and distribution of meals

- Ensure the gustatory and visual quality of the preparations

- Required skills:

- Mastery of culinary techniques

- Excellent knowledge of products and use of kitchen equipment

- Ability to apply and enforce hygiene and food safety rules

- Control and verification of culinary preparations

- Respect for dish presentation standards

- Ability to work collaboratively with service teams

- Your profile:

- CFC qualified cook in dietetics or equivalent qualification

- Experience in collective catering: an asset

- Interest in the hospital field and therapeutic cooking

- Service-minded, respectful and discreet towards patients

- Flexibility and speed of execution

- Good organisation

- Proven experience in a similar position
