Your area of responsibility
1. System-level responsibility for quality and functional safety (FuSa)
2. Tailoring and implementation of corporate quality and FuSa requirements to projects conducted in maxon production sites
3. Technical FuSa management, including safety concepts, risk assessments, and interface to corporate functional safety and Manager Competence Build-up Safety-Elektronik
4. Quality Engineering support in development and industrialization projects, including requirement management, quality planning, risk management, and releases
5. Moderation and coordination of system, design, and process FMEA sessions
6. Active contribution to a strong quality and safety culture across the product lifecycle
7. Additional responsibilities as FMEA trainer at group level and internal auditor (FuSa / ISO 900)
This job is exactly right for you if...
8. you hold a degree in engineering (e.g. Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar)
9. you have several years of experience in development and/or industrialization for volume production
10. you bring solid expertise in FuSA, system-level risk management, and quality methods (e.g. FMEA, validation, MSA)
11. you are confident working across interfaces with development, production, quality, and corporate functions
12. you communicate clearly and convincingly, fostering an open and constructive speak-up culture
13. you are fluent in English; German is an advantage
14. you are willing to travel internationally (Europe, approx. 10%)
