To learn more, visit /ph3About the Team /h3pBeam's GTM team is responsible for how AI agents get adopted inside enterprise workflows. We operate in tight loops across sales, product, and deployment — identifying high-value problems, shaping solutions, and getting them into production. /ppThis is not a traditional sales org. We're early, hands-on, and still defining what great looks like. You'll work closely with GTM leadership, deployment engineers, and product — not just to close deals, but to shape how Beam sells, delivers, and scales. /ph3About the Role /h3pWe're hiring a DACH-based (Senior) Solutions Sales Manager focused on business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. /ppThis is not a traditional AE role. /ppYou'll operate at the intersection of sales, product, and customer outcomes, driving complex enterprise deals while helping define how Beam's GTM motion evolves. You'll engage senior stakeholders, shape high-impact use cases, and work closely with internal teams to turn opportunities into real deployments. /ppWe're looking for someone who can close, build, and lead: /pulliClose — Own and win complex enterprise deals. /liliBuild — Create pipeline, refine messaging, and improve how we sell. /liliLead — Influence internal teams and customers, and help shape the direction of the function. /li /ulh3Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn the full enterprise sales cycle, from outbound pipeline generation through to close. /liliBuild pipeline through targeted account mapping, outbound strategies, and multi-threaded engagement. /liliEngage C-level and VP stakeholders across Operations, Innovation, and related functions. /liliLead deal strategy — discovery, use case definition, pricing (including usage-based models), and contract negotiation (including SLA alignment). /liliWork closely with product and deployment teams to co-design solutions and shape high-impact use cases with customers. /liliDrive complex, multi-stakeholder deals with high ACVs and longer sales cycles. /liliContribute to how Beam sells — define messaging, influence GTM strategy, and improve repeatability. /liliAct as a bridge between customer needs and internal teams, feeding customer insights back into product and ensuring strong customer outcomes. /liliRepresent Beam in customer conversations, onsite visits, and key industry moments. /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /pulli5–8+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS new-business sales experience. /liliProven track record of consistently closing $100K+ ACV deals. /liliExperience selling complex technical products (e.g. AI, automation, data platforms, or similar). /liliStrong experience closing multi-stakeholder deals with C-level and VP stakeholders. /liliDemonstrated ability to build and close pipeline through outbound / self-sourced efforts. /liliExperience with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models. /liliExperience negotiating enterprise contracts with legal and finance, including pricing and SLA terms. /liliStrong commercial judgment — able to qualify, prioritise, and shape deals effectively. /liliExperience contributing to or building GTM processes, playbooks, or team practices. /liliComfortable operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments with high ownership. /liliAuthorisation to work in the EU / Schengen area. /liliFluent German (native or C1+) and professional English. /li /ulpstrongNice to Have /strong /pulliExperience selling AI agents, generative AI, or workflow automation solutions. /liliExperience in early-stage or high-growth startup environments. /liliExperience contributing to or scaling GTM processes, sales playbooks, or early sales teams. /liliExperience working closely with product or engineering teams on solution design or pre-sales initiatives. /liliExperience selling into BPO, RPO, or shared-services environments in the DACH market. /li /ulpstrongBenefits /strong /ppAt Beam, we're building an environment where ambitious people can do their best work, with clarity, purpose, and room to grow.
