Key Responsibilities
* Holistic Leadership: Responsible for the overall performance and growth of the Body Care & Cleansing Categories.
* Strategic Development: Develop category strategies, drive innovation pipelines, and create global plans to achieve business objectives.
* Innovation, Campaigns & Design: Lead innovation projects, oversee product development, and manage campaign toolkits and packaging design.
* Global Brand & Category Plans: Own and manage global brand and category plans, collaborating with country marketing teams to ensure consistent execution.
* Market Monitoring: Monitor in-market performance, category trends, and competition to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements
* Degree: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
