For the Transport Phenomena in Electrochemistry Group we are looking for a
Project Scientist in X-ray Tomography
Participating in the design of novel cells for X‑ray imaging
Preparing and performing operando X‑ray tomography beamtimes
Advancing the automation of tomographic data processing
Analyzing the processed images
Disseminating the results through presentations and publications in international conferences and journals
Your profile
PhD degree in the fields of chemistry, physics or engineering, and with subsequent Postdoc experience
Expertise in the acquisition and processing of tomographic data and proficient programming skills are a must
Experience / know how in electrochemistry, fuel cells and/or beamtime completion are strongly appreciated
Previous experience in personnel and/or project management is an advantage
Excellent communication skills including advanced writing abilities in English
Able to integrate easily into an interdisciplinary research team
