The IT Governance Manager is the right hand of the CIO, focusing on the IT Operating Model, IT Service Portfolio and Management, IT Performance Tracking, SLA Control, including SLA charging, etc. As part of the global growth path of IT, it is the IT Governance Manager's responsibility to develop and implement an overarching Operating Model, with a focus on IT processes such as IT Demand Management, Change Management, Vendor and Contract Management, and to ensure all IT members understand, apply, and promote IT practices in daily operations.
Finally, he or she will represent the IT ways of working in forums and boards, e.g., in IT auditing, ISO auditing, etc.

Your daily contributions:
* Develop and lead effective governance of IT processes and performance
* Identify core IT processes with the IT Leadership team and ensure proper documentation and accessibility
* Implement processes and monitor their performance
* Examples include demand management, incident management, contract management, vendor management, problem management, etc.
* Develop and implement IT process management methods, standards, and standards to ensure efficiency and quality, including digitalization in ServiceNow, automation pilots, and AI usage for case management
* Manage IT KPIs and develop dashboards for visualization
* Create simple, meaningful reports on IT delivery and performance for executive and wider audiences
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and fulfill requirements
* Promote IT as an incubator for digitalization and support professionalization of IT services
* Represent IT in forums and boards, manage auditors, facilitate processes, and track mitigation actions
Your profile:
* Degree in relevant fields such as computer science or business administration; MBA preferred
* Extensive experience in IT Service Management, including definition, implementation, and operations
* Advanced certifications like ITIL, COBIT
* Experience in defining and implementing IT Operating Models
* Experience working with global, cross-functional teams
* Change and transformation management experience
* Confidence in communicating with senior leadership; industry experience is a plus
* Proficiency in English; German skills are a plus
