Reception & SAT Zurich (BSISA)Country: Switzerland The General Services Reception & Executive Support (SAT) is responsible for managing front desk operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of office logistics in a Private Banking environment in Zurich.
In addition, the role provides high-level administrative and executive support to Market Heads and acts as back-up to the Executive Committe SAT, ensuring seamless coordination of agendas, travel, corporate documentation, and internal governance processes.
This position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, flexibility, and the ability to operate in a multicultural and highly regulated banking environment.
DUTIES AND RENSOPONSIBILITIES
*1. Reception & Office Management** *Reception & Administrative Support** Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a premium private banking experience. Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate refreshments and catering. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and express shipments. Oversee office supplies and ensure proper stock replenishment. Coordinate hotel, apartment, and transportation bookings for employees and visiting executives. Support logistics for internal meetings, client events, and corporate functions. *Facilities & General Services** Ensure functionality, organization, and professional appearance of the office premises.
