Responsibilities
* Lead the finance accounting team both professionally and personnel-wise
* Manage financial and liquidity planning
* Optimize net working capital
* Prepare monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP and IFRS
* Consolidate with the Swiss subsidiary for group financial statements
* Serve as the contact person for internal and external financial matters
* Develop and implement internal processes and control mechanisms
* Integrate new locations and companies into accounting
* Actively participate in various projects independently
Qualifications
* Basic education and further training in finance and accounting with federal diploma (Eidg. FA)
* Several years of experience leading finance accounting with deep expertise
* Leadership skills with a participative style and high social competence
* Proficiency with financial closing and accounting standards according to Swiss GAAP and IFRS
* Structured, independent, and process-oriented working style
* Knowledge of Power BI, Navision, LucaNet/consolidation, and MS Office
* Good German and English skills
